Strategy PhaseFirst of two scheduled shoots executed with 48hr advance notice. Copy, captions, and content direction in full swing.
Production Phase$1,400 remaining balance due. Work continues uninterrupted when received on time.
Payment MilestoneWritten performance summary delivered. Month 2 invoice of $2,800 due. Strategy refined based on results.
Check-InEither party may propose renewal terms in writing. If no agreement is reached, engagement concludes at Day 60.
Renewal WindowEnd-of-engagement report with renewal recommendation delivered. All final assets transferred upon full payment.
Final DeliveryReview the agreement below, then provide your digital signature. A full PDF copy will be emailed to you immediately after signing.
Content strategy (pillars, cadence, platform priorities, tone guide) · Two (2) scheduled shoots · Up to 5 posts/week with copy and captions · Mid-engagement performance review with written summary · End-of-engagement report with renewal recommendation. Out-of-scope requests require a written amendment signed by both parties before work begins.
Work begins on or before April 14, 2026, contingent on receipt of deposit. Engagement runs 60 calendar days. Renewal must be proposed in writing no later than Day 50. Force majeure events will be handled in good faith — neither party penalized for delays outside their control.
$2,800/month · $5,600 total. $1,400 deposit due upon signing (work does not begin until received) · $1,400 balance due by Day 15 · $2,800 Month 2 invoice due on Day 31. Invoices unpaid after 14 days accrue 1.5%/month interest. Accepted: Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, or bank transfer.
Grant social media access within 3 business days of signing · Make talent and spaces available with 48 hours' notice for shoots · Designate one (1) primary point of contact · Provide feedback within 48 hours of any deliverable. Delays caused by Client do not reduce fees owed or extend deadlines.
Upon full payment for each month, Client owns all final delivered assets for that month. Creative Director retains perpetual, royalty-free portfolio and promotional rights. Client may restrict this in writing within 14 days of engagement end date.
14 days written notice required. Client cancellation: all work completed to cancellation date billed and payable · $1,400 deposit non-refundable under any circumstances · 25% kill fee on remaining unbilled contract value due within 7 days. Creative Director cancellation: Client owes only for work completed; any prepaid amounts for undelivered work refunded within 14 days.
Neither party liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability capped at fees paid or owed in the calendar month in which the claim arises.
All non-public business information kept confidential for 2 years post-engagement. Governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Disputes resolved first by good-faith discussion, then non-binding mediation in Atlanta, GA, before either party pursues legal action.
